The East and West hemisphere on the reverse looks to have PVC.
Way weakly struck for a proof.

A nice Columbian half and it looks properly graded. Not a proof coin....More ebay hype... surprised it was not found in a 200 year old safe from a pottery store... or some such nonsense. Cheers, RickO
