Is this legit and from PCGS?

I was looking at one of my sets and a POP-UP came up saying I was a lucky winner of a $50 prize from PCGS. I answered a short survey and these are some of the gifts that are available. Has anyone heard anything about this?
After further investigation this is a scam,,,,,, how did they POP this up on a PCGS page?
They wanted $4.95 shipping and I suspect if you fill out the form,,,,, which I did not you will begin receiving unwanted e-mails and phone calls.

I would be leery but I am a bit paranoid.
@HeatherBoyd you might want to check this out.
My opinion? Absolutely not.

Just because you are paranoid doesn't mean that they are not out to get you.
I would not have participated in this thingie.
“Pcgs” versus “PCGS” would be a telltale to the NOT legit realm. IMO.
Too good to be true
...that’s all bad bro...restart your device and immediately run an anti-virus scan and don’t ever do what you just did right there again
Survey says....Scam.... You are the lucky winner of a stolen identity.
It looks like something produced by malware that has already tracked your browsing history (likely from cookies). I would clear your cache and run an anti-malware/virus program.
I have a MAC, viruses are not a problem. I have had MAC's for 10 years and never had any viruses.
Depending on the sophistication of the offending program, if you are already infected, then any “anti-fill-in-the-blank” program is already disabled to false report and/or will do nothing.
Well, my computer seems to be working just fine. Wasn't expecting this on a PCGS Site and they do have survey's all the time.
When I saw the prizes I knew it was a scam. You couldn't see the prizes until you answered the survey. I didn't click on any links or fill out the form with my contact info.
I just got a stupid spam for axriga mufandingledongle or something.
Something is saying the software needs a better firewall or something.
If these things are showing up, they are managing to register as users.
Strange on a decent site to get hacked that easily.
I had something similar yesterday morning. See my post under here https://forums.collectors.com/discussion/1023681/rosemarygomez-spammer#latest. I'm starting to think something more nefarious than spam IMs is going on here.
Garbage.
Any place cheap and stupid enough to offer anything with the word "tactical" in it's name is a scam. All you "won" were annoying emails, thousands of phone calls (you agreed to them), and other assorted trash.
It appears to be an obvious scam and I would have never filled out anything associated with it. In my opinion, what happened here was that a piece of advertiser's code was infected/altered to produce this popup. Your computer is fine, but the malicious code is embedded in the rented out space.

Yep... spam scam....the 'tactical' and 'CBD' offerings are staples of the 'fishers'.... Looks like they have found a back door to the site software....Cheers, RickO
Actually I did buy that same tactical light from another site a few months back.
Scam, tun Forest run. The headlamp and the flashlight are actually giveaways at a national hardware store with any purchase.
it's crackers to slip a rozzer the dropsy in snide
I got mine for $4.95 at a gun site. It is a very nice light.
