So is the poll really anonymous?
Looks like it didn’t show my response; so 👍👍👍
Yes.
I cannot see, nor can anyone else.
We can all see the results only, but not who voted or how.

Yes, important question. My age is at the very end of the highest percentage but I'm only 3 months away from the next group. Glad it's anonymous.

Interesting distribution.....48 for 50 and below, 55 for 51 and above....Not nearly as lopsided as many conversations here would have us believe.... Let's see how it evolves over the next few days... Cheers, RickO
I don't care if mine is shown.
I'm 42 and I have been messing with coins since the late 1980's!

I wonder if those are accurate responses. If so, I wish the two of them would create a thread to discuss their perceptions of the coin market over the last several decades. I bet they have a lot of useful and great stories to share.
I'll say my age.
I'm 50 yrs old.

I don't. They are B.S.
The pardon is for tyrants. They like to declare pardons on holidays, such as the birthday of the dictator, or Christ, or the Revolution. Dictators should be encouraged to keep it up. And we should be encouraged to remember that the promiscuous dispensation of clemency is not a sign of political liberality. It is instead one of those valuable, identifying marks of tyranny.

My birthday is this week but I am and will still be in the same Gold group as now.

Not necessarily. In two years, some forum members have left and new members have joined here.

Old thread alert
What we could to do is have someone like @Aspie_Rocco (wink wink) ask new members signing in for the first time their ages in confidence and then update a thread every month or so so that we would get some kind of idea if there's new blood coming into the hobby or at least into the forum.
I'm sure the dealer members have their own perspective on that too.

Millennial. Started at coins as a kid, went pro after school, had the eye, rose quickly thru the ranks, "retired" and cashed out. Now I dabble in coins and build the only Kingdom that truly matters.

I'm 39 years old. I've been collecting U.S. coins for 9 years. Before I caught the coin bug I would have LMAO if you told me that a new hobby of mine would be in collecting coins. Other hobbys are snowboarding and bonsai
