But even with the (intentionally?) poor quality photos, the coin looks blobby. It could be lighting, but everything looks too big - the stars, LIBERTY, Liberty's face... Good eye, OP

I can't believe there are 14 bidders. They are probably Secret Service. Look at the obverse stars too far from the rim.

Rims are totally wrong for a 27-S.
Maybe any date, but hazy imagery precludes much inspection. Shrewd merchandising
Props to the OP for looking at the coin even before he looked at the holder.

The driver's seat of the bus appears to be on the left side of the bus (like in the United States). The driver's seat is on the right side in the UK. That's my answer, and I'm sticking to it.
P.S. I think you're right too about the side of the road.
