Faster than I expected.

Take a guess at how these newps I got from @bob13 fared at PCGS.

This was my first time submitting for crossover in the other TPGs' holders. Always cracked and submitted raw in the past.

From my experience in crossovers, old small white ANACS are just a touch undergraded. Just about any NGC that I submitted were overgraded in comparison to PCGS.

F15 and MS62...with TrueViews I hope! Those are some dandy colors on that 3CN!

TrueViews should be forthcoming. Have not seen them yet, but am very eager to.

Those are very, very good guesses. Extremely close. I'll link to the submission page in a little while so you can see how close. ;)

Oh man, I hope you did OK! I like the coins, and think they should do well, but you just never know.

Your images are not the best but IMO both will go up. I'm going to GUESS: VF-20 and at least MS-63. My first impression of the 3c was a jump to MS-64 but I don't think PCGS will jump it 2 grades since it is slabbed. I should have sent the 3c in raw so it had a chance at a 64 if the rub (?) is minimal.

Copper guys will probably agree with the F-15 as the TPGS tend to overgrad copper. The 3c probably has some friction so only graded MS-62 (the "new" AU-58). I cannot tell from the images but the color will push the grade one way or the other. Presently, AU-58 (??) to MS-62 (NGC). If the friction is very minor, min. PCGS MS-63.

@Insider2 - those were the images I had. I'll post the new TrueViews when I get them.

BTW, I specified 12 minimum on the cent, and 62 minimum on the 3cN.

I will add some emphasis to my previous comment...that is a beautiful 3CN! The stemless Large Cent is really nice too.

This is the last toned 3cN I owned.

I figure the new one above has just about as much eye appeal. At 1/4 the price.

Ohhhh. Looks like environment corrosion on the reverse of that large cent. Possible details grade?

Yes and no. There is some roughness there (the TrueView seems to have enhanced It somewhat), but It passed muster at PCGS. Straight crossover at the same grade: F15. No "details" grade. Exactly as I'd hoped. (Though I had really more expected it to drop to F12.)

That's a very pretty 3c you have there! There's an outstanding doubled die obverse known for this date.
