    Nice. I like the 3.

I'd sell the 3, keep the 2.5, and use the proceeds to get that thing in a PSA slab. ;)

I think the 2.5 has better eye appeal. The print marks must have knocked it down. Kinda thought it would grade a 4 going off my other 48 leaf cards. I am thinking of trying PSA.

Definitely like the eye Appeal on the 2.5, the bottom centering on the 3 is what would hold me back on it.

I'm a hoarder of cards so I would keep them both!

The 2.5. I like the centering on that one better. The print marks don't bother me.

Definitely the 3. The color background strength is about equal, and it's virtually free of the black print marks, which do bother me. Furthermore, the picture registration / clarity / crispness is stronger on the 3. Granted, the centering on the 3 is off, but it's off in the least noticeable way to me, with the side-to-side and top borders framing Jack nicely. Remember, these are picture cards first, last, and always. The picture of Jack on the 3 just presents much better than the 2.5.

Loving the opinions so far. I keep going back and forth. I expected both of them to grade a tad higher than they did, but that's how it goes sometimes. The biggest that bothers me on the 3 is the bottom edge.

Sell them both and buy a 5?

Don’t know how rare the issue is and how readily available the cards are but that would be a fun way to play it...

Curious about the rare, mysterious and beautiful 1951 Wheaties Premium Photos?

Funny you say that. I was just thinking the same thing. They are out there . Super tough to find in higher grade. My set grade average is around a 5. I could possibly sell both and upgrade to a 4 or 5.

The 3; I like the registration much more clear and the print marks really kill to 2.5 for me. Centering isn't much better on the 2.5 really.

3 the black print either on the front or showing through from the back take away too much in the 2.5. If in your budget I love the idea folks had of selling both and buying a better one.

Is that a big crease/wrinkle on his right elbow over the name Jack?

No. It's a mark on the case.

Keep the 3. I believe the 2.5 has a yellow stain in the lower left right border that would drive my OCD crazy.

I meant lower right border, sorry about the typo.

Yeah. I've kicked that around. I could possibly upgrade to a 4 or 5. Provided i could move these at $75 or so each.
