I've thought that before too, but it turned out to not be the case. While paying for an auction I won before it started, it SAID I was earning the extra bucks, but when I later went to my ebay buck page to confirm, it had only given me the normal amount. Here's hoping you got lucky though!

I had something similar except that I was sent an offer that I activated the night before and then bought something. Didn't get the bucks. Called them and said that I had activated to soon for the next day promotion.
Interesting feedback on the next day eBay bucks issue. The calculator at checkout shows the promotion amount but I will have to see if I actually got that.
I got 8%, up to $100 per item, total of up to $500 for 2/14 & 2/15/2019. I got 4 $20 common MS63 St. Gaudens in PCGS plastic. The $100 per coin bought the cost to less than $100 over melt.

With respect, that is too much for common 63 Gaudens. You can do better than that on price.

I bought a cleaned $10 indian for $718 from Apmex but not sure that was the best available deal they were just running low and I didn't have time to explore more.
Arrrrgh, I paid for a Sunday night win that would have qualified about ten minutes before getting the alert.

Best price I see on gold is the 1 oz Comm Arts medals, $20 under melt from Ampex. They also have Roosters and Sov's for just under melt. $10 Libs (cleaned) just under melt. Since gold's up over $100 since fall, prices now aren't as tempting.

I did not get the promotion again for 2nd time in a row. I talked to ebay customer service, they said that the promotions should go to all customers. i explained how my settings were wrong before but an ebay rep. fixed my settings for me and I got the next one. I didn't get the last one so this time i contacted them. She said my settings were good and that she could not see where they had sent me the promo. She put a ticket in to IT to check for problems and gave me a 25$ coupon!
If anyone did not get a promo offer, I would check your settings, if they are set to allow offers and specials, contact Ebay.

If you are using the bonus buck offer today, you might want to check the amount credited. I bought 4 identical lots from Apmex and 3 of them showed the correct price and correct eBay Bucks, but the 4th lot had a different price in eBay bucks than on the invoice and they owe me $6.70.
They don't know how or why but she said it may be a system problem. So, unless they just hate me, it could probably happen to anyone.
