Engelhard 3oz value ?

Hi everybody brought this at my local coin store anybody know the price this go for I am more into coins and currency

Didn’t see any completed auctions on eBay. Just one current auction at $199 with 6 days left. Definitely a hefty premium bar. Did you get a good deal on it?

Just an FYI - That's a 100 gram bar which is about 3 1/4 troy ounces. Weight wise very close to a 3 troy ounce bar but to an "Engelhard guy" that is a major difference.

As stated above...100 gr bar & not a 3 oz.

$300 or so. Part of a four bar set made in England in 1969. Very collectible!

The three towered castle is the Edinburgh Assay Office hallmark. The seated Britannia traditionally indicates Britannia silver [.958], but in this case .999. The ‘U’ indicates 1969

Looks like about $40 in silver and maybe some premium to a bar collector provided it's legit and not "made in china"™
