If the OPs coin is genuine, it's a coin that looks to have been re-engraved, at a minimum.

It's real. Die markers are there, esp. the die lines between the rays upper left. Correct mint mark and placement, correct ASG, date , etc.
Some refer to overgraded slabs as Coffins. I like to think of them as Happy Coins.1 -
