Ahhh... thanks for the schoolin'... I would have attributed the slash on the eagle's chest as PMD. Good eye for the die cracking and the "pimpling". I'm typically using my phone these days to view images, and the resolution isn't all that great.

As the OP noted, "She's Baaaaaack!" Has a list of the usual suspects been put together concerning individuals continually selling fakes on Ebay? Perhaps a letter from the collecting community or an organization that represents the community would carry weight with getting these individuals banned from Ebay.
Or is that just hopelessly naive? I think that it probably is.
I noticed the IGWT is a different font or letter shape, stars in flag look wrong size and placement off, fold in flag and star missing under B area. The line of stars from B to the elbow also looks different. The left hand is giving us all the middle finger while entirely covering the branches as opposed to cradling them.
The entire reverse is not scaled properly and again font and letter shape/ serifs very different. Dots on either side of shield too high feather shape and placement have different orientation and arrangements when near leaves or letters.

Just got off the phone with ebay. We have been successful reporting the fakes and getting them removed, but this seller just keeps listing. Ebay said it would require SEVERAL people actually calling ebay to report that seller for them to take permanent action and remove them from ebay. They have noted my complaint.... now, who else will call?

They probably bought them in bulk from China.. so probably there are several people who have already been scammed, and unless they get removed from ebay, more will follow.
Got through and hopefully they will act soon. The rep said they would mark it as priority....whatever that means.
