I see it's in a ANACS slab but he reverse isn't right, especially the mintmark and breast. So what's up with this piece?

The holder is wrong as well. The insert looks similar to the BCW Coin Display Slab. The "Hologram" was probably taken from a real holder and placed inside to throw people off. The texture of the insert appears to be too grainy for an authentic ANACS holder.

I find it hard to fathom that a TPG could miss one of such dubious quality.
Without looking at the other comments I'd say this one rates an mS68 if it wasn't for the scrpaes on the cheeks. Because of that, maybe MS64. Add nice luster though and a great eagle breast strike and lets call it a gmy MS65+ gold shield and be done with it.
FYI It's counterfeit with no room to argue, not a leg to stand on, a Michael Jordan slam dunk from the free throw line counterfeit.
