An 1858 Indian Cent is possible. It is a pattern coin, and there are a fair number of them known for a pattern, but I don't think you have one. The color or the metal does not look right. Also the last feather in the Indian's bonnet points between the "A" and "C" which indicates that coin was minted between mid 1886 and 1909. Before that it pointed between the "C" and "I."
Bill nailed it with the last feather location. The coin is either an 1888 or an 1898.

100% an 1888 due to date size, shape, and spacing. It doesn't match any other date ending with an 8.

Kinda looks like a doubled Die to me.............then again I I've been seeing them everywhere
anyhow as Bill says it's unlikely a 1858.

Bill has the correct attribution... based on feather design, I'd venture 1888...
