I tried communicating with him and got him to take just one coin down...ignoring any help. ALL his coins are fakes and he knows it.

Wow, dozens of counterfeits recently sold on his account, some as much as $800. No negative feedback either. Amazing that eBay allows this.

Reported everything, Ebay doesn't give a $hit and is helping the counterfeiters with their platform.

Yes, the OP is a really bad counterfeit. That "1916-S half dollar" looks to have been made by the same hand that produced the bogus Proof ASE that cropped up a year or so at the Lakeland Collectorama show. I am surprised that eBay has not taken it down yet.

When you click on "see other items" you are treated to his inventory of 14 other bogus offerings. This guy is a junior distributor of Chinese junk. It’s amazing that anyone bids on this stuff.

He's offering counterfeit Lincoln cents, Morgan Dolalrs, Walkers and even a Columbian Half Dollar. it's quite a start on a "black cabinet" collection.

The one he voluntarily took down was an 1878cc with a reverse of 1879 and it was made in China recently. The others I have not researched (yet).

Actually, sending counterfeit money thru the post office is a crime and can be reported to Postal Inspector General for prosecution. Even though the silver dollar is no longer in production, it is still U.S. currency and is governed by the same laws as Paper currency counterfeiting. Sending it through the mail compounds the crime. The sellers post says he will be shipped via USPS.

    China-BigTree or Alibaba. @2.50 a piece
it is not easy to shut him down unless there are many reports. I mean many!
Or the law gets involved. but the law is much too busy "grilling " an old lady who sat next to a weed smoker on the plane from HKG and some "smell" got rubbed off. All the while the bag stuffed with fake $1 and 50 Ct sails right through customs. Dogs usually do not detect that.
It is a sad state of the affairs but unless the law shows its teeth, any effort by individuals is commendable, but in fact means nothing. Ebay???? cling cling cling in their pocket. However, they are immense fast in letting you know that your return policy needs to be changed.
Hopefully, Amazon will be in the picture soon.

Today is the first day of the rest of my life

It is hard to report people in the app. I reported all the fake halves I saw , but was not given the option to choose or say counterfeit.
illegal activity was the only fitting option. :/

Someone asked where the seller was getting his fakes. I'll give you a hint, the initials are: China!

They are still not legal because they don't have "COPY" stamped into the surface of them.

eBay should also be reported for knowingly facilitating the sale of counterfeits. If they have been notified several times about a seller selling counterfeits and don't do anything to remove them, they then become accomplices. As soon as eBay starts being held accountable for facilitating these crimes, I bet the listings of counterfeit items drops significantly.
