Looks like a nice coin and somewhere in the low MS range -- I'll guess 63, but even high AU wouldn't surprise me given grading is difficult from one set of photos. The coin seems a bit too evenly colored and wonder if it had a dip sometime in the past, but that's not necessarily anything bad. The spots on the reverse don't really concern me at this grade level. I like the coin and hope you do too.
Collector of Large Cents, US Type, and modern pocket change.
My first-glance thought was VF, but I was initially put off by no apparent luster. This photo technique reveals very little about the nature of the surfaces. Detail-wise, more like upper-end AU, but could be be virtually anything.
Something has been done to this coin, which might explain reverse spots. There is still some mint luster in the protected areas - around the stars and the date, to rt. of Miss Liberty's leg. Wingtip to viewer's lt. has some wear. Coin does not appear to be Unc.
Would have to see this coin in hand, can't tell if any wear on breasts. Coin should be considered "market acceptable" in today's climate. I guess somewhere in the mid AU range, around AU 55.

I like it and bid on it as well, but I wasn't the under bidder. I have an AU in an OGH otherwise I would have pushed the bid a bit more. I have had good luck crossing SLDs in those six digit ANACS holders with the terraced reverse. I think it will be a nice surprise and will cross at grade, perhaps a bit more, but PCGS doesn't like darker toned coins regardless of the technical wear. You might get a higher grade at NGC, but then it would be in an NGC holder, so there is that. Even if it doesn't cross it will retain good value in the future in the old small ANACS holder as well, if you don't crack it. Congrats - examples like that don't come along all that often.
It will be interesting to see what you get, take some good pictures when you get it in hand. I took the "great color" comment to mean that it wasn't any of these horrible dipped out white examples, but perhaps you will get some dark colors. I have seen some great purples come out of similar looking seller pictures.
Now that you have it in hand take a good look around the stars on the obverse with a 10x loupe to see if there's any raised minuscule bubbles? As potassium chloride is used by coin doctors to darken coins dark hues of purple, black, and gray and they manage to get into every type of TPG slab.
Edited to add it chemically etches the surfaces of a silver coin, but will not react if there's any die grease present. It dead stops and bubbles up at any trace remaining grease which on early dollars is still present within the inside corners on the stars.
To Err Is Human.... To Collect Err's Is Just Too Much Darn Tootin Fun!
Many of these toned dollars are not that attractive to me; hopefully this one will be different; also toning can hide a multitude of things that are hard for graders to see.

Another tougher date dollar.
A challenge to call this from these dark photos, even tho they are nice resolution.

53 or 55 depending on luster...IMO
Obv. looks circulated, but can't tell much more than that with the pics provided.
Seller does not pass go, does not collect $200, and must go directly back to using a scanner again.
Looks like it might be Unc Details due to environmental damage. It looks stained.

Depending on its luster .... I can’t see any from the photo so that my guess is 55
I'm in the AU camp due to the sellers photos. I'd be around 53-55. I can't wait for you to get it in hand and show us how it really looks.
Post a better photo when you receive the coin...........As of now it
looks like a slider.
She looks like she has a slight rub on the thigh...AU58...and a nice looking one too!

AU coin....Very dark....Not my preference...Cheers, RickO
PCGS will probably give it only 45 because of the obverse scratches. Not sure what to make of the color, maybe cleaned and re-toned.

Tough room tonight... I'm thinking 58, if that's rub on the thigh. Or, if not... 61/2... dark coin though, but I do like the details.

I actually really like the coin afford.
Dark toning throws off a lot of the novice's.
They might be the great color the seller mentioned?
Just saying being eBay rainbow toning sometimes is poop brown.
At any grade ..... I love the look at it
Good luck

58-62 depending on luster
It's an AU coin would say 55-58

Some days I like it some days I think I bailed someone out.
I got to get a camera better than the cell phone. The coin has no raised bubbles , but it has luster and silvery hues with a ten power.

Tough one. I'll go EF40 to AU50.
100% Positive BST transactions
nice coin, and I like the old anacs holder
I'm just waiting for crypto and originaldan to drop in and start a weekend dumpster fire by calling it a cleaned vf - don't be shy, gents
Nailed his last GTG with that MS60 graded seated dollar. What’s wrong with being right sometimes?
I have this one at AU53-55 personally, but I think it’s a hard one to grade from these pictures.
