Should I send them to ANAC?

Should I send all of these to ANAC?
Will they be preserved better in the slab than leaving them in their flips?

I have sent some of my Dan Car pieces to ANACS before, but I am considering sending some to ICG. I like their holder better than the ANACS wedge top design.

Yes all of them except the gold one at 2:00.... send that one to me!
I wouldn't keep anything in soft plastic flips (PVC).
Is that where @Insider2 resides?
Airtights
Does Carr use PVC flips?
Airtight, dry and in the dark. Especially the silver and bronze. May be tough on the islands. Maybe best to send them in as you probably pull them out to admire fairly often.
No. The flips he sends his coins in are usually hard plastic archival quality.
My Ebay Store
They are mylar, but they are open where they are folded.
Yes,,,,,
....a good idea
Do you think he'll have time to grade all of mine aside of his postings?
I'm sure he will make time for you.
I have 38 pieces at ANACS, they received them Wednesday. I like them in hard plastic better than flips, for protection.
With last months special and shipping both ways cost was about $12 each.
I get temped sometimes, the insider special ends today.
I stopped using them when they sent a submission back via smart post.
So I've been doing some self slabbing.

My recommendation would be airtites or self slab....Cheers, RickO
Actually that is not a bad idea at all I and I think I will do that with my small DC collection. The flips are great for those who submit but for those who do not we have to find an alternative. Could be a decent service for Dan to add to his product line, a nice self slab with labels for an extra 10.00 or so.

I do not own a single ICG slab. But if insider2 is willing to put a little sticker
on the upper corner of the slab. I will dig it!

ANACS does a good job, and you get a custom label, designed by Dan Carr himself:

Seeing that, I'd send them to ANACS. Those look cool.

AFAIK, any TPGS offers custom labels upon request. Some of them cost a little extra.

As one of my official duties besides customer service, I monitor the Chat Boards in order to help collectors. Due to this, I gladly must work 10+ hours a day in order to keep our turnaround times extremely fast. What am I going to do instead, rush home to watch "Paradise Island?"
I'm a true "Coinhead" with no real life! The company I work for is very fortunate not to be cranking out 10K + coins a week as the top two services must.
Bring them on!
PS As for time spent on the Internet young lady...
I keep mine in Dan’s flips which are Guardhouse archival flips then stored in the Lighthouse Interect Shield box for 2x2s. So far no toning on stuff directly from Dan. The coins/medals I’ve purchased in the aftermarket that had some rim toning haven’t progressed.
In fact a big part of the appeal of Dan’s fantasy overstrikes is viewing/holding a perfect coin (that would cost thousands to millions if real ). Slabs kind of kill that for me, the flips remind me of my childhood collection.

DIY slabs are a reasonable middle ground between non-PVC flips and TPG graded slabs. Reasonably priced via Ebay, Amos Advantage and Amazon.
The ones @Twobitcollector uses look close to the PCGS ones (without the grading of course) Both sides visible and the edge mostly too. With space for Dan's description insert or self ones like @Twobitcollector uses.
Maybe he will tell us which brand and where he gets them.
Here's the Clark Gruber label available for the CG pieces.
That’s so cool!!!

Save your money! Airtites are a lot cheaper!

I'd love to see the silver in a dansco...
Shout out to D.C. and Dansco, hook up!
