That depends upon whether you are asking about Proof mintages or overall mintages. My
lowest _reported_mintage overall would be a 1796 No Stars Quarter Eagle at 963 pieces. I have some 19th medals with mintages of 100 to 200 pieces, and some die variety coins with lower mintages which not reported, but for a regular issue U.S. coin, that is probably my lowest number.
Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?28 -

What I would consider to be my lowest mintage coins simply do not have mintage records. In part, it would also matter if the proof mintage would be considered separate.

If you mean a business strike then 1854-D $3-Note the full denticles both obverse and reverse, one in a handful.

Circulation strike-Like you-1857 1/2c. Proof-1872 2c. But I have a number of die varieties that are much rarer. Of course mintages for those are largely unknown.

My lowest mintage regular issue for circulation non-variety coin is an 1864-S $5 gold coin. Mintage of 3,888 with an estimated survival of 32.

Proof coin mintage of 3023 -
There were 208,000 minted. Lowest in the entire Walker series.
Less than 200 known in mint state 64 from both services. it was 180 the last time I checked but that number is inaccurate due to inflated pop and census reports.
