Does this 89CC in PCGS plastic send up a flag?
The font on the insert appears to heavy, cert checks out, how do you feel?

It doesn't look right !!!
From HA

Coin looks fine. Slab looks fine. Seller? That's another story. An 11 feedback seller with no prior coin sales and this is his only current listing. It smells of a hijacked account to me...

Low/no feedback seller and crappy photos of a purportedly "rare" coin are always red flags.
Plus bad cc:
Run Forrest run....
How did you blow it up? The photos I saw were tilted and blurry.
At $6300 if there is any doubt look elsewhere. Too many red flags.
iPhones can do wonders
I think the coin and the slab are real; I just don't think the odds are great that whoever buys this will get the coin. You don't typically begin your coin selling experience with a key date, $5K plus coin.

I don't think the slab label font looks right it looks over inked or something

The big flag for me is a 6500 coin with blurry pictures.
It's much easier for a shady, zero feedback seller to just steal some pictures of a coin he doesn't own than it is to get a good looking fake in a good looking fake holder with the correct grade on it.

Any doubt... just pass.
Here's the auction.

Odd that he feels compelled to show the four edges of the slab. It's like he expects people to be suspicious.
Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.
LOL
Pictures look legit and from the actual seller - they don't look stolen from other auction images (like Stack's). But there may be some question as to how the seller acquired the coin
Too many red flags on this one.... Cheers, RickO
Yes, the coin raises a flag!
ill pass for now
i sent him a message and said he needed more picture of the holder. I wont buy at the price but I think he did put close up on it.

Fuzzy photos and pictures taken at off angles is not a great way to sell something like this to anyone who has money and skepticism.
I agree, unless you have...EDIT.
He just lowered the BIN by $500
