I Don’t Deserve Her

Up until a few months ago, my wife had asked me several times what I’d like for my birthday. Not really needing anything, I gave her a few nit-noid gift ideas, and added that if those weren’t good options, I wouldn’t mind having one of the 2016 Centennial gold coins. She’s given me coins before, but only on a few ocassions. I know that for her, purchasing a coin can be a huge guessing game since she’s not that familiar with grading and determining the finer qualities of vintage coinage. At that point, I’d forgotten about the conversation. Fast forward to this morning, and the missus seemed just a little too excited about giving me my birthday present to start the day off... she starts off by bringing out a little gift bag, and reaches in to hand me this...
I have to say, I was both surprised and impressed that she even remembered! While I was looking the “Merc” over, she reached back into the bag and pulled out this... .
I was stunned ... after profuse “thank you’s”, a huge hug, and giving the “Standing Lib” a careful once over, she said, “well hold on”... and then handed me this......
DUDE!! I was totally floored! Speechless.. All she could say was that she didn’t know which one to buy, so she bought them all.

All I can say is I don’t deserve her... buying any coin is well out of her comfort zone, but she really knocked it out of the park this time!
