Is this Bust Half off center?

Just wondering if it's off center or another error?

    Yes, the 1807 Draped Bust half dollar is struck off center, but not enough to label it as an off-center error that would add value. This degree of off-center strike (~3-4%) is not uncommon in the Draped Bust series. If some of the legend lettering and stars were cut off >5% off-center, then it would be worth a premium.

    If it were off-center, it would be of less interest to me.

    Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?
