    Thought about EF but it felt really harsh.
    I think photo makes it look worse than is... reverse has typical weakness areas but there is luster....
    Old cleaning based on tonineg in recessed areas of obverse that were "cleaned" away... I could see that.

    What's going on with reverse A in half... looks like PVC or residue?
