Hi there ..I buy 3 weeks ago lot of proof sets of 60' ..-4 sets of 1964 was there but only one was
different thin numbers and letters!? ..thank you!

Give us a clue as to what you think it different - it looks like a pretty normal set. The cent, dime and quarter have some frost on them.
Go online and look for '64 proof half dollar varieties, and let us know what you learn. Teach a man to fish and all...

The only variety I'm aware of for the '64 sets is the accented hair half.

There is also the pointed 9 dime. The above example is the "normal" blunt nine.

How did the sets come packaged? If they were all loose then good chance they have been cherry picked already.
They look like standard mint set coins... I see no varieties in your pictures. Also, they seem to be loose coins, so no longer in mint packaging. This makes them less attractive. Cheers, RickO
Unless there is something special about the coins (e.g. doubled die, pointed tail 9 dime, accented hair, cameo) these sets do not trade well when they are out of the mint package. Cutting up these sets for use in albums and such is what my undergraduate economic professor called "a consumption act."
Sets that are out of their mint holders are worth less than the sets that are in them.
I open this packge ..I saw 1964 sms pix ...they look very identical.. I know this sound crazy ... I check them one by one

I don't see anything of any importance. They are just a group of very, very common 1964 proof coins.
Buy and Read a Redbook You might learn something .or you might not. You will have to search elsewhere for those doubled die mystery?

While you're deciding what to do, perhaps it would be a good idea to get a safe deposit box at a bank to keep it in.

The dime reverse shows a touch of cameo, or it may just be the photo. Otherwise everything looks ordinary.

right coin have more details ...sharper ..dont look like same coins to me ...

I don't think anyone here will tell the OP what they want to hear so the only solution is to send to PCGS for grading/attribution.

The oval quarter is unusual....But everything else is normal stuff.
(There is ALWAYS a range of quality and detail. These depend on die condition, planchet hardness, press setup and other engineering factors. The so-called "1964 SMS" coins are nothing but very early strikes from new dies - and they match similar pieces in the NNC. Hype and bologna over normal - if very nice looking - coins.)
