I have to add that I think they are doing a terrific job, as well, and I am certain much more goes on than we generally see here publicly.

...it was so much easier 20 years ago before the rest of the world (and a majority of the Southern US) figured out how to use the internet...Now, add high-speed WiFi into those same households and well...good on the Mods indeed ;)

Thanks for clearing things up. Question; After eliminating "the rest of the world and the Southern U.S." who's left?

Actually, it's called "Eternal September", and it was 25 years ago.

By that reckoning, today's date is actually Tue Sep 9030, 1993 .

The forum runs very well, and certainly a significant portion of the credit is due the moderators. However, most participants maintain a level of professionalism - though we have seen some deviations. I enjoy this forum for the incredible amount of knowledge dispensed daily and the usually very fast responses to questions. We have also seen an influx of new members. This is a good thing and must be encouraged. Cheers, RickO

Dear Moderators, thank you for never banning me. I probably only deserved it once, maybe twice since 2003. Yet in your wisdom you appreciated the big picture, and for that I’m grateful. Now where’s the brown-noser emoticon?....... :grimace:

Forget it, didn't work for me.

There is spam here that is tolerated as well as some occasional nasty abuse. I have to wonder sometimes whether that tolerance is based upon who one knows.
