As a newbie, I would be clueless to tell if it is doctored or "real" though. When I find them like that in a roll, I presume it was a "natural" metallurgical reaction. From a dealer, I always wonder, especially if the toning is touted at a premium. In this case if I'm correct it was discounted a bit from melt value, so really what's the diff? Can anyone advise/comment on this on this?
