It is in fact in a 66 holder.
I missed the cut-off... would have said MS67....That is a remarkable Buff... I have several 66's and that looks a grade better. Cheers, RickO

Yup he's right I just now scan it with my QR reader that I use for Bitcoin and it worked. But I took a guess, I just sent in 20 or so 1938 Buffalos in for grading I Think they will go MS65/66 and sent in 5- last month that 4- went MS66 and one MS65 from the same herd. But need to say I almost change my guess to MS67 or 66+ it's a very nice coin better then some of the coins on coin facts in MS67.
