So we came to the conclusion that it is missing the clad layers how? The clad layers are not missing, it is tarnished or the correct term would be "toned". My bet is that it weighs what a regular quarter should weigh. If it was actually missing a clad layer or both, it would be under weight. It is worth .25 cents and not a penny more.
Come on. Don't be a tease. Show us the edge.

I think the issue here is although I've viewed a dozen or so of your posts (I started skipping them) I haven't seen any legitimate error/variety yet. You keep posting normal pocket change and insisting they are true errors/varieties. Despite the folks who tried to reply giving you valuable information to the contrary (these are experts in the field - those who write books, who authenticate for the TPGs, those who write magazine articles, those who have researched errors for dozens and dozens of years, etc etc), you still insist you are correct, when from what I have seen, you are not.
When you continually post pocket change and describe them for what they are not, you are spamming the forums for those who truly want to learn and share by making posts that add no value to the forums.
Over the years, we have had many, many new folks who show up and post things that are not. The ones who truly want to learn listen to the other forum members, buy some books, do a little bit of googling or follow links provided and educate themselves, and over time, they begin to understand a little about errors and varieties. Those who do not, who insist they are correct and aren't here to learn, usually run into trouble as you seem to, and end up leaving.
It's up to you... if you take a step back, research the things you post about a little before you post, you may have less trouble. Finding a tarnished state quarter does not make it a missing clad layer coin.

Since it is not missing the clad layers then at 2.3 gm that would mean it is a 25c piece struck on a 10c planchet.
There is no way it weighs less than half of a regular clad quarter with both clad layers missing. I want to see a pic of it on a good scale and the edge of the quarter.
You're wasting your time with this person. They are obviously looking for attention that they don't get at home. They fail to connect on any level other than to make flippant posts about pocket change they have laying around their bedroom. Then act childish and innocent when you attempt any type of reality talk. Its all trolling BS.
