Anyone have pics/description of a 1905 Micro O Barber Dime?

...or can anyone describe markers to differentiate between a Micro O and a regular O mintmark in the 1905 dime?

Thanks!

If I'm not mistaken... normally, on Barber Dimes... the MM is HUGE! Like, take a look at this 1912-D I have... see how big the MM is? Of course, this may be different on other dates and MMs... But if it's anything like the Micro O on a Morgan, it's just that it's smaller than normal...

I own a 1905-O Micro O Barber Dime in an NGC 58 holder. ( Sorry, its in the bank vault, and I don't have an image to send you). I purchased the coin raw, as a micro O, but the difference between the normal O and the micro O is minimal. (Not as pronounced as the 1892-O Barber Half).

To be honest with you, I thought the micro O looked like a normal size O, until I compared it to my other 1905-O in my album. You can see the difference in size if you compare the two coins side by side.

I recall reading that the mintmark punch used for New Orleans quarters was mistakenly used on some of the 1905 dies to result in dimes bearing the so-called micro O mintmark.

Whoever is careless with the truth in small matters cannot be trusted with important matters.

I believe this was also the case in 1899 with the micro 'O' Morgan dollars.
