Maybe I missed it, but I guess we can now all post our Eagles coins in a thread

Congratulations to the fans of both teams for your teams' exciting play and performance. With the Eagles as the winners, I guess to follow tradition we are to post our coins depicting eagles - certainly easy to do. Definitely a simpler task than the alternative if we had to go searching our colonials.

There are some nice eagles out there...

a second take on the eagle...

Guess I should add this one, my Carson City $20 from the Saddle Ridge Hoard:
Belgium (Brabant): gold florin (Carolus d’or) of Holy Roman Emperor Charles V, ca. 1521-1545

(ex-PCGS VF details; "mount removed"- currently at NGC for one more try at a straight grade, but it probably won't get one)
(I like the coin, regardless.)
Lithuania: silver half-groschen of Sigismund II Augustus of Poland, 1550

(PCGS MS63)
United States: gold 5-dollar half-eagle, Liberty Head type, 1842-D (small date)

(PCGS VF30 CAC)
