So I recently submitted a few coins for re-grade (in holder).
Three of the coins didn't have previous Trueviews, but i noticed pictures of them in my PCGS inventory list.
Grades haven't posted yet, but here are the Trueviews - free free to take a guess at the grades they will receive.
The 02-o is connected to the old cert# and the other two don't have any cert# overlay.
Based on previous threads about grades, I don't really have high hopes of any upgrades.

WOW, those high-res extra large true views sometimes show things you wish you couldn't see. Ms Lberty looks like she has a terminal case of acne on that 83-S. I'm sure it looks much better in hand.

I find it hard to guess a grade from the pictures but they all look like gems to me, so.... all three 65 or better.

You have outstanding taste @10000lakes! I always look forward to your picture posts. Any chance that 83-S is for sale?

    1883-S is superb!
That is one of my favourite dates.
I can't wager a good guess from the pics....but will try anyway....

I think it might have been struck with a slightly rusted die.
Hi-res and the lighting make it look worse than in hand.

Here are the original grades, still waiting for the grades to post from the submission.
    83-S MS64
    02-O MS64 DMPL
    04-O MS66 DMPL

I have no expectations that the 04-O will upgrade.
I just wanted a TrueView and used it as a 'setup' coin for an 01-O and 02-O that are both in a 64 DMPL holders.
Hoping that I might get a + on either one of them.
    Here is the 01-O.

I love your 83-S, but the treuview really puts it in a bad light. Good luck on the regrades!

I'm hoping for + on 83-s, it was in a holder before plus grading was available.
It's fully PL on the obverse, not so much on the reverse.
I have set my expectations very low for this submission, based on prior results last year :#

I think the 83-S has a solid shot at 64+.
    It's a gorgeous coin.
    Best of luck.

The grades posted on my submission. Only the 83-s got a bump.
    It's now graded 64+

Nothing else on the submission got a bump :(

Well that was the money coin, no? A few thousand more in 64 than 63...I won't even speculate on what the + will add since 65 is like a 40k+ coin. So congrats!

PCGS price guide shows a 2.5k difference between 64 and 64+
But for actual auction results, there is not much of price difference between 64 and 64+, unless the coin looks to have a shot of upgrading to 65.
