You are missing his amazing Seated Dollar set - it's discussed here from time to time.

I'll decline to guess on what he might acquire next.
I've always felt that the choice of what to collect is personal.
And it depends on what amazing coin or coins might become available.
...a tax cut
Inauguration medals?
Gem Red 1925-D Lincoln cents
"To Be Esteemed Be Useful" - 1792 Birch Cent --- "I personally think we developed language because of our deep need to complain." - Lily Tomlin
Had to be a helluva decision.
Not taken lightly I'd bet.
Nah, just flip a coin.

I have no idea, though I am sure it will be interesting. Cheers, RickO
Ouch!
He will surprise us for sure
Ya, who knows what he'll collect. He's put together the greatest dollar sets ever and has owned some incredible trophy coins so it's not he has anything left to prove so to speak. I'm sure he'll find something or he'll just buy coins he likes that aren't necessarily a set.

da Vinci paintings?
I'd agree if I hadn't read about that amazing WORLD coins collection.
I think global numismatics is just starting.
For sure it would be more FUN to collect more varied artistic history and leave the silly "state of the surface" and quest for approval in more layers than I care to count.
Waaahhhhhh.... my EID MAR didn't STTIIIIIICCCKKKKERRRRRRR !!!!
Accolades.
I wonder why he sold them. Wonder if he'll start collecting gold.
Check out my iPhone app SlabReader!
I still have my bookends, but have accomplished everything that I ever wanted to accomplish in numismatics....and then some.
I thought he said he was going to statehood quarters in really low grade
Ok Just for the record. Those coins in a see through plastic set of bookends could sit on my desk . No books to block the view just the coins. I am trying very hard not to be envious but it's not working.

Rare high end Bust halfs. Challenging and fun!

With my luck, MS-63 3CN, just to knock me out of 10th place on the Registry.
Actually, since I'm down to just the two "keys", (which I may never buy), I welcome him to the world of the 3CN! Maybe he'll drive the prices up.
Synthetic lawn? How gauche!
Bruce I sent you requests for the guest house via email

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......
Only in the dog run.
First, I think you sold at a good time. If the world economy stays "just OK" and the Trade dollar book comes out you MAY have left some money on the table. That potential "extra" is probably just "walk around change" for some folks.
Nice little cottage. I hope it is not a diagram of yours as I already located some possible locations for wall safes. LOL.
Re: Guest house. I have about 20 years worth of hotel shampoo and soaps I've accumulated over the years. Let me know when to send them. You will need a bigger pantry.

Hope it's not in my neighborhood. We don't take kindly to multi structure complexes on our lots. Brings down the property values.
(In reality....my house would fit in the pool....)
No numismatist property is complete without a Yap Money type set in the garden
collecting real estate is the best, we love it too !!
Has Mr Hansen added a new set?

...and congrats on the epic accomplishment of building that set.
