duplicates, triplicates, and more. I think at one point I had about 10 1936-S FS-110 Mercury Dimes. It is fun to have more than one of the tough stuff.

@Peace_dollar88.... So you are the one hoarding all the '21 Peace dollars...no wonder I cannot find one I like... ;)
I have some duplicates of CC Morgans (from when I was building the set) and of course a herd or two of Buffs..., 1919 Mercs (when I was searching for the DDO) - bought a bunch blind when it was first found, hoping the sellers had not checked... :D ... Yeah, I got dupes....Cheers, RickO

Lots of nice coins on this thread everyone! I don't have many duplicates but want to consider them more now.

1794 half dollars are pretty popular too:

Really like the first 39-D with that lemon yellow toning.

My duplicates ALL have great toning, and thus are hard to part with. I am not especially attracted to weird silver coin toning and find it interesting that some collectors find are attractive. Perhaps the case can be made that toned silver surfaces are more original and not dipped???? Maybe some collectors are just date specialists?

Don't forget to post why you duplicate. That's the most interesting part!!!

Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.
