duplicates, triplicates, and more. I think at one point I had about 10 1936-S FS-110 Mercury Dimes. It is fun to have more than one of the tough stuff.

@Peace_dollar88.... So you are the one hoarding all the '21 Peace dollars...no wonder I cannot find one I like...
I have some duplicates of CC Morgans (from when I was building the set) and of course a herd or two of Buffs..., 1919 Mercs (when I was searching for the DDO) - bought a bunch blind when it was first found, hoping the sellers had not checked... ... Yeah, I got dupes....Cheers, RickO

My duplicates ALL have great toning, and thus are hard to part with. I am not especially attracted to weird silver coin toning and find it interesting that some collectors find are attractive. Perhaps the case can be made that toned silver surfaces are more original and not dipped???? Maybe some collectors are just date specialists?

I've never had a problem with deciding to retain my duplicate 1913 Liberty V nickels.
Lots and lots of duplicates of many issues. I really should sell many of them.

If we were all the same, the world would be an incredibly boring place.

Lots of nice coins on this thread everyone! I don't have many duplicates but want to consider them more now.
