I don't have a clue what you are trying to say.
Both sides are of the reverse and the red side has abe showing through .
His image from the top of his head starts out at about the " U " in united .
It also weighs 3.1 grams ..
Is that some sort of sticker on the coin?

The red side has the layer missing and looks like it was re-struck, with the reverse over the obverse ..
Either that, or there some sticker on the coin.
Since Lincoln cents don't have layers, we know that it does't have a layer missing.

If you understand the minting process there is no way that I know of (and I am not an expert) that this could happen at the mint.
