My best CAC submission ever! Plus a GTG. Grade Revealed.

I just checked thru my last submission at CAC coin lookup. For a 20 coin submission I got 12 green 4 gold and 4 no's. These are my first gold stickers.
I will do a GTG with one of the coins.
NGC 2.1 Slab 1897 $10 Eagle.
MS 60 with a gold sticker.

It is a game where people share opinions and thoughts about a coin the OP posts. It is fun and you can learn a lot. Do you ever look at photos to decide whether to purchase a coin or not?

On the NGC 1897 $10 in the OH, I'll say the label says AU55 with a gold sticker.

Sounds like a great submission! Looking forward to the details. I'm feeling this one is now NGC MS 62 with a gold sticker.
The grade is MS60.
It did receive a gold sticker.
It now has gold in the slab, gold on the front and gold on the back.
Pretty coin. I love that look in gold coins.

Good results! I had a similar old holder $10 in an MS60 holder get the gold. Not a huge premium, but enough to justify the submission.

MS 60 is one of the rarer grades that TPG give out.
I do have 6-7 and they are all NGC twenty lib from the 90's. Even a MS 60 PL 1876 twenty

I can totally agree with the CAC on that one. My excuse is that I hadn't washed the sleep outta my eyes yet that morning, and over graded it by 2 points!
