It is hard tell from those images. The piece has some toning, but the luster looks odd. My gut says Unc. details, cleaned. If the color and surfaces are natural, it's only an MS-60 because of a lot of clatter on Lincoln's shoulder and coat.
Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?
Unless the lighting is such that the color is way off and somehow the luster is misrepresented, as well, I would have to say the coin looks exactly like one that has been lightly and previously cleaned and then dipped.

Isn't the high point chatter from the original planchet not fully filling the die?
MOST of it is PROBABLY from the planchet but it appears much rougher and deeper than usual + the yellowish color on the shoulder MAY BE glue. Probably not considered damage.
We collectors tend to see everything as PMD, cleaning....and "glue." LOL.

No. It looks like the kind of thing that happens when you drop a cent in parking lot and step on it a few times.

Coin not natural. Color "off." Tiny amount of insignificant rub. I agree Unc details, Cleaned or Artificial color.
I'd sell it as an MS-63 and sleep like a baby!
A lot of chatter on Lincoln's shoulder and up a ways.... color seems off...likely dipped.... Cheers, RickO
It looks UNC but I agree the color looks a bit weird
HAPPY COLLECTING

In honor of the memory of Cpl. Michael E. Thompson
I see it as 'damage' on Lincoln's coat, not bag marks...details grade only.
