I wonder if NGC would be interested in this deceptive, gross misrepresentation of their grading. After all, it makes it look like they're assigning MS64 to aggressively processed coins now.

OMG, that's the worst Photoshop blur job I've ever seen. :D I mean, if you're going to cheat, at least try to do it well.

Good grief, all of this seller's stuff is touched up beyond belief, and rather hamfistedly in most cases.

Ha ha, that's one smooth coin.

And his hack job on the Morgan is hilarious. Looks like shes got a beard.

Seller's description for the Morgan dollar:

1890 Silver Morgan Dollar $1 in Mint Condition +++this coin has that cartwheel roll you hardly see in a coin any more.

True, you hardly see it because it's photo shopped so much

360 degrees and across the middle. Absolutely beautiful coin. Part of an estate sale. This coin red books for 2050.00.

I hate those 180 degree and top and bottom coins :(

I would call this coin a cherry pick.

Don't think you know what the term "cherry pick" is.

lThis coin if regraded by NGC which I am a platinum member will grade mid MS. One last try, then it goes to NGC, I have not had the patience to deal with the coin grading system.

Wow, NGC Platinum member. Must me brand new and ultra rare. I believe this is the one where you join PCGS Platinum membership and somehow get a memebership to NGC.

I am paralyzed and have a titanium back coming apart. I have many coins which need to be graded. I do not know what I am doing in coin sales. I have been a collector since I was a young boy, things have changed in my heart, so Iv'e lost interest.

He's implying that he needs money due to health reasons, but now he has a change of hear and has lost interest. I agree, he does not know what he is doing in coin sales.

If anyone has any tips in sales or how to keep your chin up I would love to hear about it or possibly your challenges. Thank you and God Bless.

    Uh, don't photoshop your coins.

Delusional. Has to be up there with the poorest photo shopping ever. They can't really believe they will get away with it. Really?

These ebay postings are a never ending source of entertainment. I do not have the time to surf ebay ... However, with forum members continuously posting these issues, I can get my laughs right here.... Cheers, RickO

Nothing to see here, move along. Just a seller Photoshopping out the scratches on the holder itself. If the scratches on the coin itself were accidentally Photoshopped out as well, unfortunately that's an unavoidable ancillary result of the seller trying his best to provide the cleanest possible photos without the plastic haze and marks being the way. No misleading or chicanery was intended I'm sure.

    :D

My current coin collecting interests are: (1) British coins 1838-1970 in XF-AU-UNC, (2) silver type coins in XF-AU with that classic medium gray coloration and exceptional eye appeal.
