    Yea, a "curmudgeon" would be good. I know that there are some people here who like me. I know there some others who wish that I would fall into line and get with the (CAC) program. Frankly I prefer "indendent" when I have to thrown in with anybody on a blank check basis. Yes, I'll pull in my horns a bit with a new collector, but even they need some gentle correction before they go totally off the rails, waste a lot of money and leave the hobby as a result.

    Sometimes the truth hurts. The trick is learn how to tell it without turning everyone off. That is a skill that will have to work upon until my days are over.

    Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?

    Is there a way to find out who has the most Likes or LOL's amongst all my collecting brethren?
