It is the uber rare 2017 unstruck phantom ghost invisible cent.
I don't see anything out of the ordinary on that invisible cent

Its the 2017 T. The T is the mint located in Transylvania and the coins are minted strictly by vampire workers who work from sun down to sun up. The unique twist to the coins is they can't be seen in a mirror and they don't show up in photographs so their existence cannot be easily verified. Awesome find!
