Back in the 70s and 80s My dad was acoin cutter.
He figured out how to add custom names and dates.

That is some nice work, and a great idea.
Nice work with very fine detailing. But they appear like they would be very delicate to loosing the centers
Coin cutting is still popular... I see booths with these at craft/theme shows....Some years back there was a member here who did this... and he told me that he used drills and a very fine saw blade (fully rounded with cutting edges). Now I would think there are those using either lasers or water jet...Cheers, RickO

The saw he used was called a jewelry saw and the blade only had teeth on one side.
