Holly Crappers is this what it takes to get alot comments,LOL ( to the millennials ) And( HA HA to us agers and boomers). I like all the comments especially BruceS About the electrode. Great Forum!
Even back in the days when I was doing all my experiments, I did not have one this bad.... And I guarantee, no coin doctor worth the title would ever try to pass that coin today.... AT all day...Cheers, RickO
in my never ending learn new things I took a Buffalo Nickel and was trying to make the face flat so I cold add a design, well the heat from my tool gave it a Blue & Purple Tone. I think it is artifical
No. Also the term original is meaningless. The coin was not toned when it was struck.
The terms are Natural and Artificial. And if that's Natural, I've got a great chance at winning next years Triple Crown - as the horse. And I'm not 3 years old.

To me it looks artificial (not original).
The progression and the colors are way off.
In my opinion, there is no chance that would end up in a problem-free PCGS holder.
In honor of the memory of Cpl. Michael E. Thompson
Zero chance of a holder.
Bad AT job, really bad.
Agree with others.....will not straight grade.
That is truly ugly and AT as well.

Nice art work, maybe a 2nd grader?
My first attempt was better than that:)
Even if it was real, I would not buy that.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the toning is 100 percent artificial.
I'm sorry to say that the coin your showing is most definitely not a naturally toned coin.

fugly by far.
I think it is natural... who would artificially tone a coin that ugly.
I guess only beautifully toned coins are natural.
There are plenty of hideous naturally-toned coins.
Zero percent chance!
