I have a long comment in my Lincoln PROOF cent 1909-Present with Major Varieties. The comment section needs to be edited so that I can add certain new data like referencing 1909 thru 2016 dates instead of 1909 thru 2015. How do I do this? Thanks. Stephen Cohen. Rank #4 current.

Go to "My Sets" from the dropdown and select the NAME of the set you want to change. (in this case it will be SJ Cohen Collection). On that page you click the "Edit" button in the box below the "What If" section to update your description.

The edit function to CHANGE the description does NOT work. I can copy and paste my original comments into the NEW comments section which appears AFTER the coin list. But that does NOT effect the original comments. So my registry has the original comments shown before the coin listing and the SLIGHTLY revised comments also shown AFTER the coin list. Please correct this. Thank you. SJCOHEN COLLECTION. Steve :)

I FINALLY figured out how to change the comments. It is NOT user friendly. I then tried to delete my NEW comments shown after the coin list. It replied that it cannot delete the comment. So again, please check on this area. I am sure others will have trouble getting to the CORRECT EDIT POINT for comment changes. Thanks. Steve :)

    Hi Steve,

I'm not sure I understand the problem you were facing regarding the comment locations. There is the "Description" that is provided by the OWNER of the set. It shows up on your private set page (the same page you can make any changes to your set). The "Comments" section is intended for OTHERS to leave comments on your set so it shows up on the public facing set page. Both existed in the previous version in the same places. I hope that clarifies what you were referring to, if not please let me know so I can better assist you.

I did however discover the error that you noted when trying to delete a comment. We will work to address that promptly. Thanks for letting us know about that!

    John,
Thanks for your reply. I now KNOW how to edit the Description by the Owner of the set in the new format so I'm OK with that. I will appreciate allowing me to delete the COMMENT I made yesterday. I agree that section was intended for OTHERS to make comments about my set but the new format says I could also make comments. That was NOT my intention here but I did so only because I could not find the correct place to edit my previous description.
    Thanks again. Steve :)
