Opened 2 half dollar rolls and found an unsual bicentennial

Hello everyone :) I thought about opening live but I couldn't wait.I got 2 Brinks rolls from the bank today. Another person had ordered them but changed their mind.I didn't get any silver ones, bummer, but I did get a really clean brilliant 1971.
1971

While searching the bicentennials I found an unusual one that is slightly larger diameter than the other ones.It has a couple pewter like aqua color corrosion spots on it.It was the only one larger and isn't an S mint.Anyone have any ideas as to why it would be bigger?
Bicentennial Really no good way to scan it to show the difference.

BST references several
