Do yourself a favor block matthewmilton1. I sold him a 1882 CC Morgan PCGS MS65. Very nice coin. I get a email from paypal 2 months later stating he filed a claim that he didn't authorize the purchase. So long story short. Paypal sided with me. Sam

thanks for info - blocked him. what a horrible kick in the gut have somebody come back at you way after the return period like that....so glad you won.

Might be a hacked account type of deal. Something like that. If the guy has no history of buying coins, maybe it wasn't him.

He has about 100 feedback and 7 positive-negatives for unpaid buys. He also signed for the package when delivered.

Thanks for the heads up. Similar thing happened to me a few years ago, 18 months after the sale. Paypal sided with me, also.

Regardless of if he/she authorized it or not, you are either dealing with a scammer and his/her own ebay account or a hijacked ebay account. In either case, block.
