Rare $2 bull cereal number?

Do you guys think this note is above face value, if so how much do you think? it didn't let me put the picture in but the cereal number is 00045905 with a star not and is a series 2003 A. the condition is okay, but it has small creases here and there.

I keep any star notes I find in circulation. I don't think that serial number would be anything special though. (I'm not a currency collector)

I never save star notes.... I do look at them... I suppose if it had a special serial number I would put it away... most are just not worth it. I had an employee that used to save them.. would get real excited if I gave him one..... said he got two from a cash machine once and then took out $500 more to see if he could get more star notes.
