Do the TPG's video tape the grading process...

from receiving,grading,and packing up for shipping? This to verify coins were handled properly on their end. I'd think it would protect them from any claims of mishandling etc.

    Do you think they keep a record of which grader graded each coin?

    I don't know if or what cameras PCGS or across the street have, but they have some thing.
    I sent PCGS some coins, and they arrived in a damaged. PCGS was great to work with and they did email the photos of the package and contents. The USPS damaged the package and some coins suffered, but true to form the postal service did nothing.
    Security should never be talked about in any form!!!!!
