I'm thinking the image is a little overexposed (perhaps it is a scan?) and that the color will be fairly different than what appears on my monitor. As for grade, I would give it a VF30 if it appears as I suspect.

I would buy every one I could find like that for VF-20 money.
And a strong 20 she is.
Net graded for something we can't see perhaps?
The obverse looks better than a VF-20. Is the line on the reverse a scratch? If so that explains it, a net grade.

My guess would have been 30. VF 20 is downright surprising to me. Nice coin.
