Gold just broke $1300!!! ACT NOW!

BochimanBochiman Posts: 25,790 ✭✭✭✭✭
I can't help but shake my head and laugh whenever I see titles like that come through in email (not exactly spam, as I have done business with the company before, still......).

It really does make me think less of any company that sends out "eye catching headlines" to "encourage" a timely purchase.

Yes....they WANT you to buy. Yes, they WILL make money if you buy from them now. No, they do NOT have your best interest at heart...it is all about them.

Thank you for sending me an email with the current pricing of a precious metal (I actually don't mind that part even though I usually already know it, within a very small % as I do look every day or so).

I am sure it spurs some folks to buy, sadly....

FWIW, the first thing I check when I get on the net in the morning is PM prices.

Yep, it's been a long wait. Man, you gotta have a lot of patience to play with metal.

They are back at it again today. Got at least 5 emails from various sites specifically noting the Brexit and how it's time to stock up on gold and silver at these higher prices.

    Unreal.

Mite be a better play to sell your gold today. Methinks it won't hold $1320ish very long.

I unsubscribe to those links.... yep, even after I may have purchased from them. I know how to find them should I wish to do more business. Just do not like all the sales emails... Cheers, RickO

Gold and dollar climbing in unusual tandem, which breaks down first? I say gold.

Man, you gotta have a lot of patience to play with metal.

We've seen the glaciers melt and the oceans rise since the last metals rally.

Still, I don't think gold will have much problem getting past $1,500 this year. There's too much going on in the world for gold not to move.
