The yahoo account that I've used exclusively for this forum for 9 years was just compromised this morning.



The email sent by the hijacker to everyone I've ever communicated with posses a the link in the body of the message that if clicked could be a very serious virus.



So please just delete the email as it was not sent by me.

    Maybe change your thread title to "Urgent, do not open emails from my yahoo account"?

    You should think about switching over to Gmail, that way you can have two-step verification.

    I get 10 times more spam from the yahoo domain than all others combined.

    Tempted to block the entire yahoo domain.

    This happens with Yahoo! email all the time.



    Forget just changing your password.



    Never....EVER create an address book in Yahoo! email.



    The good news, most of the time the virus/worm is innocent from what I've encountered.
