This date comes rotinuely well struck and nice, but I thought this one was particularly well hit. Wish I could be better images with iPhone but there is no hiding the stike on this one. I'd make it a guess the grade but realize the limits of this image.

    It's HAMMER TIME!!! yes a great strike indeed. No need to apologize for another buffalo nickel thread, are you serious? Buffalo nickel's are the most beautiful coin this country has ever produced. I find the design absolutely beautiful, gorgeous.

    Looks like it was the 1st strike of a new die. Could possibly be the first Buffalo struck in Denver, not likely, but possible. Gorgeous coin. Wish they had never changed to type 2, regardless of wear. Thank you for sharing.
