  It should be 30 days, the same as domestic purchases.
  
  See the "I haven't received my item" and "Timelines sections"
  
  eBay policy
  
  Also note the section "I see an item from an international seller...what if I need to return it"
  
  eBay says it doesn't handle international returns fully.

  Where is the coin coming from. I live in Ireland and routinely ship to the US for one reason or another. Takes about 2 weeks for me.
