I had not been to it in quite some time but went looking for it out of curiosity since today is "Business Day 15" for a Regular Cross submission I have in. I am anxious just like most everyone else. I am surprised the F5 key on my keyboard still works. 
Anyway, I thought the layout was neat, especially how they broke down the different categories. I really thought that there would be more QC than Counterfeits but I guess this really goes to show how big the problem is. Ugh.

Yes, the statistics provide interesting info!
I too have a Regular submission in (for grading of raw tokens), and that one hit "Business Day 50" today. According to the statistics, PCGS has graded nearly 750,000 coins since that submission got logged in (they had just hit 32 million graded before my submission), but obviously it will be at least "Business Day 51" or greater before my order gets shipped.
Hope my math is correct because my eyes sure feel blurry. :-)
